Zora Marketplace

Zora is not coy about their reason for existence, with their Manifesto accessible via the top menu. Their intention is to ‘create something for the community, something that’s ours. It’s not mine, it’s not yours, it’s definitely not theirs, it’s ours.‘

They walk the talk and link to other organizations that are built on the Zora open source protocol that have a community approach embedded in their business.

Inventory
Currently, they list almost 1.5 million items. Impressive. Their magic is that they:

• list items directly on their marketplace
• pull items through from other marketplaces on the Ethereum blockchain, including Art Blocks, Foundation, SuperRare and KnownOrigin
• connect to a number of projects or collections that are also on the Ethereum blockchain.

Auctions from connected marketplaces may be happening on Zora as well. At the time of writing, there were 26 auctions underway, so it makes for interesting browsing.
