Nuts and bolts

• The creator must choose which Rarible-supported blockchain they wish to mint on, and once it has been minted on one blockchain it cannot be moved to another. However, the creator can mint the same artwork on multiple Rarible-supported blockchains by creating multiple NFTs.
• The creator can choose ‘free minting’ where the NFT is added to the Rarible collection, not the creator’s own collection, then minting fees are paid by the buyer at the time of purchase.
• There is a verification process for creators. Once verified, the creator’s items show up in search results and the explore page.
• The marketplace charges 2.5% per transaction. The creator can charge 5-10% royalty on the secondary market.
• The Multi-Wallet Profile was launched in March 2022. A Rarible account holder can link all their wallets from any Rarible-supported blockchain to their Rarible profile to be able to see and manage all their NFTs in one place.
